Natalya Grunwald is a tenacious and committed advocate for her clients. She is a seasoned litigator who has secured large settlements for wrongfully terminated employees. Natalya was recognized in securing seven figure verdicts for wrongfully terminated and discriminated employees. Natalya has litigated cases with Mark in Sacramento County Superior Court obtaining verdicts. Recently, she was key as co-counsel in a physical disability FMLA wrongful termination action against Raley’s Family Stores and obtained a $1,475,000 jury verdict. In 2022 she tried several cases with Mark obtaining a jury verdict against Coscto in a multi-plaintiff sexual harassment case on behalf of three current female Costco employees.

Ever since she was admitted into practice in 2009, Natalya dedicated her legal career to representing employees exclusively. She has represented clients from corporate leaders to employees in low paying jobs. She is passionate about the law and works tirelessly until legal issues are solved.
